Background
This device was released in 2011. It's pros are being super quiet when in use, all parts are dishwasher safe, and it's very good at chopping, mincing, grinding, cutting, kneading, and slicing. It's cons are it's tricky to put the disks and lids together and it only has one speed available to use.
It includes a stainless steel chopping blade, a medium slicing disc (4mm), and a shredding disc. It also comes with small and large pushers, a detachable disc stem, compact flat cover, spatula, and a recipe book.
Identification
The Cuisinart DLC-10S Pro Classic 7-Cup Food Processor is available in white and silver. You can identify your device by the Cuisinart brand printed on the left front of the base of the food processor, and "Pro Classic" printed just below that. The model and serial numbers are embossed on the bottom of the device.
