When you push the pedal on the right side to go forwards and backwards (doesn't have the lever on the side that you put in neutral, reverse, 1st, 2nd,etc) the pedal on this model goes forward and backwards.
The mower will not move, the drive belt is on, and moving, the little lever under the seat you pull up to move the mower when working on it is in the correct position. Please Help!!!
