You know, the suction cup will not attach to a shattered screen! The hardest part was seating the 4 teensy connectors back into their sockets. And yes, moving the home button to the replacement part requires very, very careful movements. Just a bit disappointed that the replacement part is a tiny bit thicker than the original, and slightly sticks out past the curved edge of the iPhone.

Found out after my DIY repair, that I could have saved about $50 USD by making an appointment and taking it to the Apple Store.
