Your videos encouraged me to attempt this. The 000 screwdriver was a bit too pointed, so I filed the tip. Your videos didnt clearly show how the grounding contact should fit (it did pop out as cautioned in the videos), but I figured it out. Having a magnifying glass available really helped me.
The phone now holds a charge "as new". I am very pleased!

Tip: check how the ground clip is orientated before you remove the screw that holds it down.
