Dryer drum hub was cut

Mein Problem

The drum was not turning and it produced a terrible hush like noise as the drum turn against the center hub axle pin.

Meine Reparatur

It was successful. The drum is back on its axis turning around freely.

I spend about 6 hours in total disassembling the dryer, finding the problem, finding the solution, get the parts, construct the parts and assembling it back.

Mein Rat

The service department would charge about 110€ for the new part (replacing the whole drum). And their work would cost also about 100€.

More over i had to wait about 3 months for the new drum to arrive.
