Really well! Don’t underestimate the time you should spend heating the adhesive! Prepare to be waiting a good amount! The picks are the greatest at cutting the adhesive but if you are lifting carefully you won’t need to cut much. Don’t apply to much upward pressure or you can break the screen (though that’s probably not a major concern) or more importantly hurt the sensor display. Make sure you also are careful with the sensor display.
Mein Rat
Somehow the screen I used worked with True Tone despite me not reprogramming the serial chip or even transferring the old one. Attached is a link to the screen I bought. It was so miraculous even ChatGPT was baffled.
