My son dropped my wifes Kindle Fire in the parking lot at our church. It landed face down and spider webbed the screen.
Meine Reparatur
The repair went great. I followed the process on the site and it was a perfect guide to help me along. I only encountered two hitches. The first hitch was when I opened the tool kit that I ordered one of the plastic prying tools was broken when I pulled it out of the pouch. The second hitch was with the screen being smashed getting all the glass out that was stuck to the side of the frame was a pain. It just kept breaking in to smaller and smaller pieces, this was not fun. All in all it was an easy fix that took about an hour and 45 minutes.

Take your time. If you rush you will miss something or possibly break something else.
