That's a question for your customer, I'd say. I'm sure you'd be able to do the work but it's always a question on wheather or not your customer thinks it's worth it. My opinion, however, is once you get down to the motherboard component level you can't garrenty that it will last longer than it lasts. One week or one year, that repair will lasts as long as it lasts. Your customer must understand that before you proseed if you don't want any ill ramifications.
Mehr erfahrenThe headphone jack is cleanable easy enough with a q-tip with most of the cotten pulled off so it can fit in the port. You should use 95% and above alcohol as the cleaning agent. The charge port is tricky to try to clean with a q-tip. So don't use a q-tip to clean that port. Pressurized air is the best way to clean this port. Of course you want to do your maintenance while the phone is off less you cause damage.
Mehr erfahrenGreeting's Margaret There are three main components that can cause this type of issue. The battery within your tablet, the charge port on the tablet or the charging block itself. Your next step is to find out which. If when you charge the tablet and the charge lasts way shorter than it used to then you're battery may be the culprit and will need to be repalced. If when you plug in the the tablet you no longer recieve the audio and/or visual indecation of charging the issue will be with either the charge port or you're charging block. At this point the most economical step is to replace charging block. If the issues continues then you may need to replace the battery or the charge port. My guess is the charge port. But I'd need more info about the symptoms to give an more definitive answer. Hope this helps.
Mehr erfahrenI've never replaced the USB on a dual shock before but I have repalced many USB connectors on phones. Shouldn't be any different. Your soldering knowlage should carry you to success. Before you do any work on it make sure you do your research as well as just looking at how the board and usb are soldered. Disassemble the remote and just take a look at it. Take pictures of the current USB and board for reference. Pre heat the area and make sure you have plenty of flux to keep the heat flowing to the right place. Good luck on your repair.
Mehr erfahrenIt would be highly ill advised to replace just the front glass on your device. Your water proofing is going to be compromised if you don't do not reassemble it correctly. Most of all the prospect of damaging your led is very high; not only from separating the glass but the heat that you will be applying to melt the LOCA that fuses the glass and led. You should indeed replace the entire front assembly to minimize risk. Think about what you'll have to spend if you brake the led during the repair process. You'll have to buy a new front assembly anyway if your repair fails. If you insist on doing the front glass repair keep these tips in mind: When your heating the screen keep in mind that heat will flow to the coolest parts of the glass and disapate so try to heat evenly. Make sure you pre heat the screen at a lower temperature and heat at a slow pace gradually raising the temp. Pre heating is always good; gives the molecules time to do their thing and allows the matireal to hold heat better. Your not going...
Mehr erfahrenKudos on doing your research. You are correct; the issue can be coming from your charging block or your battery. Another component that could cause this issue is the charge port on the phone itself. If you are getting feedback that the phone IS charging when you plug it in (a lighting bolt on the battery or the battery animating getting filled up, or a beep or chime when you plug in the charger) then your charge port should be good. Start with getting a new battery. (Make sure the battery is pushing 1380mAh) Then a new wall charger. Try to find a charger that has the correct voltage and amperage for your phone. If the issue persist you may have to replace the charge port on your phone. Hope this helps. Your on the right track.
Mehr erfahrenIf you're don't have a powerful graphics card your processor is the component that is pulling the weight to show you that oh so crispy frame rate. The sudden shutdown of your computer may be due to overheating of your internal components. Namely your processor, the brain of your rig. Check and see if all of your fans are spinning when you are playing. If you do have a gaming graphics card make sure the fan on it is spinning as well. Your PC heats up like Arizona cement in the summer when your gaming or running graphically heavy programs. You have to make sure that your rig is getting the cooling it needs. I've opened the side of my older and under cooled PCs and pointed a stationary fan right into it. Lol! May help you out bud.
Mehr erfahrenIn most cases with sony laptops if you hold alt and f10 right after you power on it will start the recovery process. Now-a-days laptops and PCs are built with a part of the hard drive that is allocated for recovery. Gone are the days of recovery CDs my friend. You CAN create a password recovery USB. But that's a Windows OS thing.
