This is CR-VPH2 which I think stands for Craftsmen V Philips #2. I think that the V refers to the length of the shaft. I have a Craftsman screwdriver tool which uses this sort of bit. Six are held in the handle, and one in the center shaft, driving position. To change bits, one pulls out the center, active bit, and stuffed it under one of the other bits you wish to use, forcing it out of its hole so that you can put it into drive position. It is a very nice way to carry seven bits together without losing them. The only bad thing is that it has only two Robertson (square-drive) bits, which is what I need, and they are only sizes CR-VS2 and CR-VS4. As you might have guessed, the size I most often encounter is VS3.
