That can be fixed by removing the lens from the body of the camera and then clean both sides of the lens with a clothe, preferably a microfiber clothe. Antwort auf „The flash isn't working!”Hello William, is the flash bulb slightly dislodged? That may be why the flash head does not open up easily when you press the flash button. You can use a screwdriver to remove the screws holding in the bulb and then adjust the bulb and screw it back in properly. Once the bulb is in properly, the flash might start working again, otherwise you may have a dead bulb. If the flash bulb is dead, this is an easy fix - you can just follow the guide right here: Samsung NX30 Flash Replacement. All you have to do is get a spare bulb and switch the dead bulb out by unscrewing a couple screws.
