There is no existing reset feature that will fix a traumatic blow to the LCD screen such as a high fall. This is a hardware issue, not a software issue. Your only fix at this point would be to purchase a new LCD screen and follow our guide to replace it.
Look to see if there is a mute option that is separate from the direct volume control. If not, the internal speaker may be worn down or lost a connection. Luckily, this is relatively easy to re-solder or replace if you have a replacement part available!
First, check the settings on your camera related to brightness, contrast, and ensure that the camera is not on micro-mode, as this is a common mistake. If this does not help, the lens might be smudged or cracked. Worst case scenario it will have to be replaced.
