eBay seems to be the place to find parts for these. They are costly. Screens seem to be north of $60 USD. It will not be as waterproof as before as the factory seal will be compromised after replacement. However, if your screen is cracked, it is no longer waterproof anyhow.
https://www.clublexus.com/how-tos/a/lexus-is-how-to-replace-your-power-window-actuator-365649 The link above is for the next generation of your car. However, I have replaced a handful of window motors on my cars over the last 20 years and they are all similar. 1. Disconnect the battery. 2. Remove the inner door panel. 3. Disconnect any relays or harnesses attached to the motor. 4. Unbolt the old motor. 5. Bolt in the new motor. 6. Reverse steps 3, 2, and 1. These repairs have always been some of the most frustrating repairs I've performed on cars. Be prepared to take it slow and walk away for a few hours when you want to punch something :p
Aminat, I searched eBay for replacement LCDs for your camera. It looks like you can snag one from $25-30 USD that has fully intact ribbon cables. If you are confident in your technical ability, it may not be a bad idea to try yourself. If not, buy the part and a local tech who can swap mobile device and/or laptop screens should have no trouble doing this for you. If you are still under warranty, I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer first as the repair will void any remaining warranty you have.
