Put a single drop of fine oil, like sewing machine oil on the zipper and open up and close the jacket a few times. Should become much more usable!
Mehr erfahrenThe cost of a new display for a 6S Plus is still only a fraction of what a new device would cost you. Even a high quality part would be cheap, compared to a new phone. A new main speaker and charging flex (where the microphone is located) are very cheap parts. The 6S Plus is quite easy to repair, and we do have excellent guides here on iFixit to help you. Here in Sweden, a refurbished 6S Plus would cost you around 300$, and a brand new one around 400$. If you do the repair itself, a new display might cost you 90$ and a new speaker and charging flex maybe 25$. If you shop around, there might be even cheaper options, i got these prices from one of the bigger parts retailers (https://www.teknikdelar.se/) in Sweden (Sweden is a quite expensive country mind you). So yes, in my opinion, it is worth doing these repairs, even at a repair shop. Considering these repairs might cost you around 100$, this is a small price compared to the 3-400$ to buy a new exact same model. Hope this helps! /E

Mehr erfahrenMany modern smartphones does actually have two microphones. One on the bottom of the phone for normal phone calls and one on the top of the phone that is used for speakerphone and video recordings etc. This is why you can make phone calls but not get any audio from video calls or apps that utilize the secondary microphone. You should reset the phone after backupping your important data just to rule out software issues, but the problem is probably hardware related. The secondary microphone is mounted on the motherboard and would require quite a lot of skill and equipment to repair. I would suggest replacing the phone or getting a donor phone to take the main board from.
Mehr erfahrenAs long as it is still the GSM version, then yes. You can swap the 16, 32 and 64Gb version between the tablets. The only difference on the boards are the memory chips.
Mehr erfahrenMight be a solder connection that has gone bad. As metal expands and contracts in heat and cold, the difference in temperature could cause a solder joint to get a good connection when cold, and loose the connection when hot. Inspect the board with a magnifying glass for any obvious faults. Using a hot air gun you could try to reflow all the solder joins on the PCB. Hope this helps!
Mehr erfahrenThe Galaxy A5 2017 uses a AMOLED display and these are very fragile. Unlike LCD displays they do not survive cracks in the actual panel and when they crack, they die. You will have to replace the display. Samsung does sell spare parts, so you can get your hands on a original display and the original adhesives for mounting the display on the phone. The repair is very hard one, and only recommended for people with experience. Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) Display austauschen
Mehr erfahrenThe early generations of Sonys Xperia Z line, Z and Z1 have extremely unreliable headphone connectors. During my time as a professional service technician this was one of the most common problems on these phones. You will have to replace the headphone connector. The repair is quite hard if you have not worked with a hot air gun before. If you know your way around one, it is quite easy as the phone is very modular and comes apart easy once you have removed the back cover. Guide; Sony Xperia Z Headphone Jack Replacement
Mehr erfahrenWhen i used to repair iPhones professionally overheating proximity sensors where pretty much always the result of a damaged flex cable or a component coming loose from the flex cable. You will have to replace it and it should solve your problem.
Mehr erfahrenMotorola (Lenovo) does not sell spare parts to the public, so a original battery will not be an option for you unless you can get one from a repair shop that buys their spare parts directly from Motorola. When it comes to aftermarket batteries it is usually hit or miss, if there are reviews available, check them out, if not, you will just have to rely on your luck. Try finding a reseller that has good reviews and that preferably has their own branded (own import) batteries. It is usually a safer bet than buying some no-name Chinese battery. A quick Amazon-search gives you one of many options on the net;https://www.amazon.com/Motorola-Replacement-Battery-3000mAh-Rechargeable/dp/B075ZCDV62
