Just bought an older refurbished Amana washer, the kind with no LEDs below the selection knob. NTW5400TQ1 It seems to work fine when washing but shakes a little much during spin cycle. When I put the washer tub down it feels totally solid with no give. When I pull the drum from side to side it stays where I pull it and does not bounce back. Don't know if it needs a spring kit as the drum spins and doesn't hit the sides at all. But it cause the washer to vibrat and shake. Not violently but enough to notice.
