(1) Clean out any lint in the charger socket of the phone. (2) Try using a different charger. (3) If a known good charger does not work, there may be an issue with the socket soldering to the pcb.

Hello, have you tried to use some kind of adhesive, or maybe a bit of double side tape, i suspect that the problem maybe with the connector where the cable docks into the connector the lock on that maybe the issue, I'd try to glue the cable down, with something temporary, if that works, make it permanent. hope this helps.. :) cheers, Ranjit.
