Are you able to hold the power button to shut it down? What happens when your restart/turn it back on? Do you see anything on the screen like the logo? Do you hear the fan running? I would try the reset hole on the bottom of the laptop. When to use the reset hole: The reset hole can be used for the following situations: (1) A unit will not power on, either on battery or AC power. (2) A unit will not power down using either the operating system or the power switch. (3) A unit will not resume from standby The pinhole reset button is located on the bottom part of the laptop. There could be a number of different reasons. Have you tried a hard restart? If not, try that first. If that does not work we can try resetting the Network Settings. Hard Restart: Simultaneously press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button (right edge) until the Samsung Galaxy screen appears then release both buttons. Allow up to 15 seconds for the Samsung Galaxy screen to appear. Try again (assuming your issue is with wi-fi networks?).
Can you provide more detail? (1) Were you using this phone and SIM already? (2) Is this a 'new'/used phone? If so, did you get it from a phone carrier or bought/received from an individual? (3) Is this a SIM you used with another phone you are now using with an iPhone 7 or is it a new SIM card?
