Hello! If haven’t already, I would try a hard reset to see if it’s a software problem. To do that: The iPhone 7 Plus requires you to hold your phone’s lock button and volume down button at the same time for about 20-30 seconds. ///// And if that doesn’t work, you might try a DFU Restore. Here’s how to do that. Keep in mind that it is a fairly considerable reset. Good luck!
