I did not lol I ended up taking it to my cellphone provider store and they told me that the system is very old and it's unable to update. Long story short I ended up buying a new phone.

OK so I just got this phone and when I plug it in to charge it will start lagging and freezing up and I have tried a new charger and block and I have also deleted almost all of my apps someone please help me before I throw it against the wall.
