My Anker SoundCore One(A3102011) Bluetooth Speaker is not working/frozen.I am not able to connect my speaker to any of my devices.The status indicator on the speaker is always on red.On pressing down the power button only the intro/starting tune is heard repeatedly.There is also a buzzing or humming sound coming from the speaker.Please help me find a solution for this issue.

My Bluetooth speaker is not turning off.The light is always on and there is humming sound from the speaker.I tried everything,but nothing is working.
