Try doing factory reset, but before that delete all app you dont use anymore. Delete as much stuff as possible that you dont use anymore, transfer your videos and photos and files on your SD Card or PC/Laptop. Also the best way for you to speed up your phone is use Device Care (Official Samsung App) you can always use their widget that can be put on your home screen, i always use it on my Samsung A53
