Those parts sure doesn't includes the lens cover. Here are a few (there are more): http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-iPhone-5s-Rear-Back-Camera-Lens-with-Frame-Replacement-Part-USA-/151328319737 http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Rear-Camera-Lens-Cover-Frame-Glass-Ring-LED-Diffusor-for-iphone-5S-/291142379003 http://www.ebay.com/itm/Original-New-Rear-Camera-Lens-Cover-with-LED-Diffusor-for-iPhone-5S-/111357950912
I'm trying to find out the same thing. I've seen parts both here and ebay listed as being the same part, but I've seen elsewhere that the parts actually have different numbers: 2012: 923-0090 2013: 923-0411 as seen here: http://9to5mac.files.wordpress.com/2013/...-retina-macbook-pro.jpg Anyone know for sure?
I was going to add a response once I had fixed my own repair, but haven't gotten around to it. The heatgun and an exacto and plastic spudger easily took out the broken piece. Unfortunately, it also popped the camera lens cover and part of the flash assembly out with it, which I had to carefully remove and put back in with the new part. I used some 3M ATG tape on the back of the glass, and carefully put it in with the camera/flash parts in place already. Everything went fine except for two things: - There are now a few dark spots on my pics. I assume there was some dust that got trapped on the lens, so be very careful about cleaning the lens and cover before reassembling! - The ATG tape is slightly too thick, so the glass part extrudes just a bit from the aluminum it borders on. Not a huge deal, but noticeable. I am going to order the thinnest ATG tape I can find and heat gun it again eventually to get the dust out of the camera. Hopefully I can get the glass back out without breaking it. :)
That teardown is a bit brutal on some of the parts. :) What about the glass parts of the back case? If one of those is shattered, can you remove it from the outside and glue a new one in? I know they're matched by super robots or whatever, but since that's the most likely damaged part on the back it seems like a pain to dismantle the entire thing to replace that glass. :/
I also had a connector break off the cable and stay in the socket. Not realizing this at first, I tried inserting the new cable and shorted something. There was a small arc. Now my Bluetooth shows as missing, though Wi-Fi works fine. Does this mean there’s something dead on the logic board causing this? I’ve tried swapping out the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card as well.
WTF, you literally broke the soldered ribbon cable.

“These MacBook logic boards are gonna end up in iPhones soon if they continue shrinking”
I think you have that backwards.

8.0 GT/s NVMe PCIe x4. The T2 chip includes Apple’s own NVMe PCIe SSD controller.
Yes, the sleeve slides off as shown in Kelsey’s video above this guide. :)
