Probably your Audio Decoder Amplifer aka audo ic what controls your cellular line for mic and speaker is faulty. This IC does his job only if you are making calls. So yes, your mic and speaker could work normally at voice recording but when you make a call this conversation is going from the AUDIO IC. Replacing it is not so easy without soldering skills. Search for audio ic iphone 5 and you will see what i mean. Hope you got your answer and good luck fixing your iphone

if your wifi is greyed out you have to reflow your wifi chip on the logicboard with a heatgun. check on youtube how to do this.. this is the best solution and will help you out ;) this is your wifi chip on the logicboard.. in your case, it is covered in black http://www.rapidrepair.com/guides/iphone-4s/images/iphone-4s-mainboard3-thumb.JPG heat ONLY that component on 180-190 celsius and take after 4-5 seconds a break heating it.. 5 breaks heating it must be enough, if not reflow it again.. You MUST take the logicboard out of your phone of course If your wifi is turning on but the connection is poor or of experiencing problems, you have to reflow again.. good luck !

i think its rather a chip problem.. you can try to heat the wifi chip on the logicboard but i dont think you have enough knowledge and tools to do this.. its a common problem, it also happens with the iphone 4, 4s.. It comes randomly, sometimes it wil come from liquid damage, or fall damage go to Settings App>General>info and see if the phone recognizes your mac address if it says N/A then i am sure it's a chip problem

i think you mean the mechanism underneath your black home plastic button ? iPhone 4 Home Button Assembly you have 2 layers... 1. The plastic button where you press 2. And a clickable button under it it can fit only one way so look what way it wil fit sometimes the "click"mechanism falls of the home button cable.. the silver round thing.. you will need a new home button then because you cant replace that with a new one

what i know is that many of the DV9000 series has graphic card problems.. (nvidia) Repaired alot of those seriess.. But if also, the laptop must turn on and the screen must be blank if that's the problem. Double check the cable's for sure if you opened up the laptop to be sure everything is connected properly.

if your unscrewed the bottom screws your backglass must come out.. Sometimes it happens that a backcover is fully glued or stucked on your iphone's frame. I think your LCD is broken.. because there was a pressure on your ipad glas, the glas touched the lcd what may occur the red white blue colors. This also happens when ipads falls from a distant. It can also be your lcd cable what is loosened from the lcd connector on your logicboard.. But think its more your LCD :) There is one way to figure that out and that is : exactly, open your ipad. Because your ipad glas isn't broken its very hard to open glas from your ipad without breaking it. If you didn't repaired ipad digitizer's earlier i suggest that you don't do this repair yourself. What now ? So you need a new iPad 2 LCD and Ipad 2 digitizer.. OR If the cable is loosened and it works fine after reseating it, you only need a Ipad 2 Digitizer. hope this helped you out..

Try to pop up the metal covers that covers the chips from the logic board.. check for corrossion you can see.. There is also corrosion you cant see just try to clean your logicboard up with your brush very good.. use 91 iso not to much, double check the lcd connector points for corrosion and clean this.. Try to assembly the iphone with only a dock connector and lcd screen connected to the logicboard and put the cable in the dock connector to power on the phone... I have a ultrasonic water damage machine that makes the repair much easier :) good luck !
