The Asus 1015E-DS03 laptop is 10.1 inches and weighs 2.6 lbs. It comes with a 1.1 GHz Intel Celeron Processor, 2 GB of RAM, 320 GB of storage, Linux-Ubuntu OS, HD webcam, and an estimated battery life of 7.5 hours.

Notebook Will Not Turn On or Stay On ¶
Battery May Be Broken or Not Charging ¶
If the laptop powers on when the charger is connected, but fails to power on or stay on when disconnected, then your battery may need to be replaced. Follow the battery guide for removal.
Battery Will Not Retain Its Charge ¶
The battery should have close to 7 hours of power. If the battery loses power quicker then it use to, or does takes much longer than normal to charge, it may need to be replaced. Follow the battery guide for removal.
Power Adapter May Be Failing ¶
If the laptop still does not power on with the adapter plugged in, then the adapter may be failing. Consider replacing the adapter.
Screen Will Not Turn On ¶
Screen Remains Black After Powering On, Is Discolored, or Is Cracked ¶
If any of these problems are affecting your screen, consider replacing it. Follow the screen guide for removal.
Inputs Will Not Respond ¶
Keys Are Not Responding ¶
If the keys are not responding, the keyboard is probably faulty. Consider replacing the whole keyboard. Follow the keyboard guide for removal.
Individual Keys Are Failing ¶
If individual keys are failing, there may be objects obstructing the typing. Consider cleaning the keyboard. Follow the keyboard guide for removal.
Trackpad Unresponsive or Touchy ¶
If the trackpad is not moving your on-screen cursor appropriately, the trackpad may need to be replaced. Follow the trackpad guide for removal.
Programs Crashing or Slow Computer ¶
Computer Is Not Running as Expected ¶
If your computer is running much slower than normal while programs are open or if your programs turn off unexpectedly, your motherboard may need to be replaced. Follow the motherboard guide for removal.
Data Loss ¶
Issues Saving and Storing Items or Folders ¶
If saved items and folders are not being stored properly, or if they are disappearing altogether, your hard drive may need to be replaced. Follow the hard drive guide for removal.
