Before you force anything that can lead to major damage in your phone, check if the problem is just that the button is stuck; look for any stiffness in the button or if it won’t move at all. It is usually visually noticeable if the button is stuck. By removing the back you can easily fix this issue, since it is the back case on which the button usually becomes stuck. Make sure you place back the back cover correctly when you are done.
If you are certain the issue is not with you charger and your battery is indeed charged then it might be time to purchase a new battery. One can be found relatively cheap online. Before resorting to that however, check to see if your charger is working by using it on another device. If nothing has fixed the problem yet it could be your battery, here is an article on how to check if the problem really is your battery.
If none of the solutions helped, you might consider that the display is malfunctioning. Contact you closest retail store or go to their website and contact them directly.
Characterized most commonly an image on the screen not responding to interaction of any kind.
Take a deep breath, and see if your phone comes back after a minute. The reason might be and app loading in the background or that your phone capacity is at the maximum. Try clearing some memory.
One reason that your phone is frozen is because of a physical damage. A drop, extreme temperature, or even pressure can affect the performance on your phone, if this happened you need to contact a technician to get an analysis of the part that needs to be replaced.
Whenever you see that your phone is working slow, or that some apps do not want to open, do a hard reset. The hard reset will close everything, and restart completely your phone. First, turn your cell phone off by pressing the single button on the left side, and then choose turn off. Second, hold the power and the low volume button together until a litle black and white screen shows up, and choose normal boot. The hard reset is complete.
Phone does not get charge after being plug to a power source .
Look for any damage that might be causing the malfunctioning. Try to use different chargers if the problem remains unresolved. Check the power port on your phone (where you plug the charger in), clean out anything that shouldn’t be there by: 1) Blowing compressed (canned) air into the charging port, 2) Using a cotton swab to gently clean out any dust in the port, 3) Wrapping double sided tape around a thin but sturdy object (a needle for example) then roll it around the inside of the power port to remove any lint that might be inside. Try charging your phone again, if it still does not work it is probably time to purchase a new battery.
If you are charging your phone using a charging cable that is either old, or not the original, it is possible that the problem is you’re using the wrong cable. For a guide on picking the right charger you can refer to this article.
