Battery not holding a charge or not charging
Battery drains quickly and doesn't hold charge .
Too many applications open
Open task Manager and close any applications that are not current in use.Make sure computer is updated to the most current software.
Damaged power cord or connection
check and make sure your power cord is not damaged. Check for physical damage frays, kinks and cuts . Clean the connections with compressed air.
Battery is faulty
If you still notice a decrease in battery life, consider replacing the battery.
Unresponsive or blank screen
Screen is unresponsive or just black
The screen is not connecting to the motherboard
First, check for any damage to the screen. If the screen appears undamaged and is still unresponsive, turn off the laptop. After this action is complete, remove the battery and hold down the power button. Now, reinsert the battery and power the device on. If screen is still not responding, refer to guide.
Screen is damaged
If screen is damaged replacement of your screen will be necessary.
Computer Operating Slowly
Computer takes unusually long to load applications
Too many applications open
Open task Manager and close any applications that are not current in use. Make sure the computer is updated to the most current software.
Laptop needs to be restarted
Click the windows key on the bottom left corner of the keyboard. Then select the restart Button, and allow laptop to restart.
Laptop has not been updated
Click the windows key on the bottom left corner of the keyboard.
Insufficient processing power
If your device is running slow, close all applications that are not in use. If there are still issues restart your laptop and check for updates. After updates are checked and the device is still running slow, consider a RAM upgrade.
Overheating
Computer is warming up at an alarming rate.
Too many applications open
Open task Manager and close any applications that are not current in use. If there are, close all applications not in use.
Cool down
If your laptop is overheating and you are using it while it is charging, shutdown laptop and let it cool down and fully charge. If overheating pursues check heatsink.
Obstruction of airflow
Check to make sure airflow vents aren’t obstructed and the computer has room for airflow. If there is debris, make sure to clear it with compressed air.
Cooling fan not operating properly
Due to the limit life of the cooling fan replacement may be necessary.
No audio output
No sound is coming from the computer or sound is distorted
Motherboard Damaged
Restart the computer if there is still no audio output the motherboard may need replacement
