Computer Will Not Power On
Computer is unable to hold a charge and show signs of responding when powering on.
Faulty Charging Cable
Ensure that the cable is plugged into the charging port and charge light it on, connecting all parts of the cable. If light does not turn on when cable is connected, then the cable may be faulty. Consider buying new charging cable.
Overheated Battery
First, check to see if the battery is overheated by feeling the bottom of the laptop. If excessively hot, this can cause the computer to be unresponsive and damage other components of the computer. Turn off computer by holding power button for 4-5 seconds, remove the battery and allow it to cool to room temperature. Removing the battery can be done by following this guide.
Faulty Battery

Dust In Fan and Surrounding Vents
Dust can cause computers to overheat. Dust and other particles can get stuck in the fan or vents causing the computer to get excessively hot and overheat. To clear the dust from the fan or vents spray it with an air duster.

Faulty Headphone Jack
Test the audio through the computer using the headphone jack and the computer's speakers. If the sound does not play when plugged into the headphone port then the headphone port may be faulty. If the audio cuts in and out then the headphone jack may be loose, so check to see if it is fully inserted.
Faulty Speakers

When trying to use your computer it opens and runs programs very slow or stalls out.
Viruses
Viruses can cause your computer to slow or even stop functioning. Check your computer for viruses using an antivirus software scan.
RAM Issues
If your computer is still running slow and you have checked it for viruses then your computer's RAM might be faulty or your computer may not have enough RAM. The RAM is used to store information on the computer while it is running. If there is not enough memory storage left on your RAM then this might cause it to run slowly. Faulty Graphics Card
If there is no display or red tints to the display but you know your computer is running then first turn off the computer. Connect the computer to an external monitor and turn back on the laptop. If the external monitor's display is fine then the computer's attached display may be faulty. If the external monitor also displays red then the graphics card will need to be replaced.
