Brewer Will Not Turn On
The Keurig will not respond or show any sign of powering up.
Unit is not plugged in
Be sure to check to see if the cable is plugged in correctly into a 3-prong outlet. If the brewer still does not turn on switch outlets. If that fails yet again reset your circuit breaker.
The internal computer is malfunctioning
Turn off your Keurig completely and unplug the device. Then wait a few minutes and re-plug the device back into the outlet and turn on the Keurig.
Beverage is Watered Down
The beverage does not have the same strength or flavor as usual
Replace K-Cup
Insert your new k-cup into the allotted area.
The water line is clogged
Take a 60 cc syringe and fill it with water and place the end on where the keurig sucks in water. Drain the syringe into the hole. Repeat until unclogged.
Exit Needle may be clogged
The Exit Needle is on the inside bottom of the K-Cup Holder Assembly. It can be cleaned with a paperclip or similar tool. Remove K-Cup Holder and insert the needle into the needle to remove clog.
Caution: To avoid risk of injury, do not put fingers in the K-Cup Chamber
The Brewer may need to be descaled

Brewer Shuts Off Randomly
Without appearing to have cause, the Brewer occasionally shuts off
The magnet in the water reservoir is out of place
This can be checked by removing the water reservoir and lid, and then using your hand to realign the magnet.
The auto off timer is set
To check if this is on, press the button below menu and scroll through the programming options. The auto off timer should be set to “off”
Cup is Not Being Filled
Your beverage has not been dispensed completely.
Exit needle is not clean
The Exit Needle is on the inside bottom of the K-Cup Holder Assembly. It can be cleaned with a paperclip or similar tool. Remove K-Cup Holder and insert the needle into the needle to remove clog.
Vacuum pump is malfunctioning

Water is not flowing
Make sure that the silver lever on top of the unit is pressed down firmly and nothing is in the way.
Time is Not Displayed
The time is absent from the LCD display
The clock is not set
Press the menu button located directly under the display, make sure the display reads “off” across the top and the set clock option is selected. Use the round buttons to the left and right to adjust the time. Use the menu button to cycle through the rest of the programing steps.
The power was interrupted
Reset the clock (refer to owner's manual)

Unit lights up but just sits there does not make any sounds like sizzling noise when it is first turned on. No indication of a fault or low water. Please advise. I did try to turnoff and unplug with no change.

What about an LCD screen that is too dim? Any way to correct that via settings or anything else?

Unit despenses a full cup without k cup, started struggling with k cup. De scaled, used paper clip on needle, checked lines for cloggs. ???

my Keurig K cup k70/75 platinum brewer flashes when the reservoir is still full or half full, any suggestions. I just went through the descaling process
