Device Will Not Turn on/Charge
Device fails to power on or the device fails to charge when plugged in.
Faulty Power Adapter
When the device is charging, a light will light up next to the charging port. If that light does not light up, then consider replacing the power adapter.
Faulty Battery
If the device charging light is on, but the device still fails to turn on, then the battery might be failing to hold a charge. Consider purchasing a new battery and replacing it using this guide.

Some laptops have a variety of applications installed that the user is unaware of. This could potentially lead to the slowing down of the laptop. If your laptop is surprisingly slow, consider deleting applications that are useless to the user and to the laptop by doing it manually or downloading a malware program for efficient detection.
Problems With the Current OS
If removing malware did not help with the problem, then it is most likely the faulty OS. Some OS are downloaded onto the laptop with problems. Consider uninstalling chrome OS and reinstalling.
Laptop has Trouble Starting
Your computer takes multiple times to start or takes you to an error page when it does boot up.
Not Enough Ram
The entire RAM that is installed on your computer is shared between Windows and each and every other program that is running. If the computer crashes during normal operation or times requiring memory intensive tasks then there may be bad RAM.
Hard Drive Error
The main causality of this is improper shutdown of ones device. One way to resolve this problem is to get a Windows DVD for the version that you have. Other versions don't matter as long as it pertains to Windows XP, Vista, 7, or 8. Boot to the DVD, and choose “Repair your computer,” then click next. On this screen, pick “Startup Repair” and let it run. After this your computer will boot up properly if not go to Fix My Hard Drive.
Faulty Motherboard
If the device is having many issues turning on, then it may have a faulty motherboard. Consider replacing the motherboard with this guide.
