Camera Will Not Power On
The camera will not turn on when the power button is pressed.
Dead Battery
If the camera does not turn on when the power button is pressed, charge the battery with the corresponding battery charger or AC adapter. If this does not work, try replacing the battery.
Battery Will Not Charge
The battery does not charge by use of an external charger or AC adapter.
Faulty Charger or AC Adapter
If the battery will not charge in the provided external battery charger, try using the supplied AC adapter. If this does not work either, the battery should be replaced.
Faulty Battery
If the battery will not charge by use of the external battery charger or AC adapter, the battery should be replaced.

Memory Card Will Not Read
The camera will not read the memory card. The screen may read that there is an error or that there are no images found.
Refer to the SD Card Installation Guide.
Incompatible Memory Card
Ensure that the memory card being used is compatible with the camera. If not, insert a compatible memory card.
Corrupted Memory Card
If the memory card will not read, try formatting the memory card by use of a computer to erase possible corrupted data that may be stored on it. Once the corrupted data is removed, the compatible SD card can be used.
Battery Will Not Hold a Charge
If after attempting to charge the battery numerous times and the battery life remains very low, your battery is most likely depleted.
Depleted Battery
After being used for long periods of time, batteries lose their charging ability. If the battery life is insufficient, replace the battery.

Camera Will Not Connect With Computer
Camera Is Not Turned On
Once the camera is connected to the laptop or desktop, ensure that the camera is turned on. The computer should recognize the camera once the camera powers on.
Poor USB Connection
Ensure that the USB cable is properly connected to the computer and the camera. If this does not solve the problem, the USB cable may be faulty, so try using a different one.
LCD Screen Does Not Turn On
The camera powers on when the power button is pressed, and your greenlight is on showing that the camera is indeed on, but the LCD screen remains black.
Faulty LCD Screen
The LCD screen should be replaced, for it is most likely faulty.
