Phone Won't Turn On
How to make your currently useless phone useful again.
Hold Down On/Off Switch
Before taking any other action, try holding down the off button. The button may be loose or you may not be pressing it hard enough. Maybe the phone just needs an extra push to turn on.
Drained/Dead Battery
If the phone still refuses to start, try plugging it into a charger. If it doesn't start at this point, try taking the battery out and putting it back in. This will reset the phone. Bad Location
The problem may lie within your location rather than the phone itself. Several common places that don't receive adequate reception are mountainous areas, underground areas, and unpopulated areas. Try to find a location closer to the nearest cell phone tower.
Broken Antenna

Volume is Low or Muted

Realign Keypad
