iHome won't turn on ¶
When you put the batteries in, the iHome won't turn on.
iHome won't get power when plugged in ¶
Your power adapter may be bad. It can be replaced.
iHome won't get power when going on battery ¶
The device may also be powered by 4 AA batteries. Replace them at bottom of the case.
iPod adapter won't charge iPod ¶
Your iPod connects and plays correctly, but won't charge.
Device is unplugged ¶
Check to make sure device is plugged into wall.
Device has no batteries ¶
Replacing batteries may help the iPod charge. There are 4 AA batteries at the bottom of the case.
Power to the adapter may have been severed ¶
You can check if the power is going to the adapter correctly.
iPod Adapter is broken or iPod won't connect ¶
You can't get your iPod onto the device because the adapter is broken or warped.
Warped Shape / Cracked Adapter ¶
Connecting a new adapter is very quick and easy.
Clock loses track of time when replacing batteries ¶
Watch Battery May Be Broken ¶
Your watch battery is probably dead. Replace it as you would any other AA battery, at the bottom of the case.
Speaker isn't emitting sound or the sound is muffled ¶
Check the connection with the circuit board ¶
It is possible that only the connection to the speakers is broken.
Broken Speakers ¶
Unfortunately, the speakers can not be opened. However, they are easily replaced.
A button is unresponsive or broken ¶
You click a button and it doesn't do anything.
Left Control Button is broken ¶
Right Control Button is broken ¶
Daylight Savings Time Switch is broken ¶
Display is not working or has artifacts ¶
The display behind the clear plastic never turns on or has strange marks.
Display can not be replaced ¶
The display is attached in such a way as to make replacement very difficult
iHome will not work with my 3G iPod ¶
This unit will not control or charge a third generation iPod.
