Insert the LED

  • The LED is NOT symmetrical and must be oriented correctly.

  • Insert the LED leads about halfway into the front of the board, with the longer leg in the hole labeled "Long Leg," and the shorter leg in the hole labeled "Short Leg."

  • One edge of the LED's clear epoxy lens is flat instead of round. This flat edge indicates the negative (-) lead.

  • Push the LED towards the board (bending the leads) so the lens fits in the notch between the words "Let Your" and "Light Shine" on the top/front of the circuit board.

LED einsetzen

Die LED ist NICHT symmetrisch und muss richtig ausgerichtet werden.

Führe die LED-Drähte etwa zur Hälfte in die Vorderseite der Platine ein, wobei das längere Drahtteil in das mit „Long Leg“ bezeichnete Loch und das kürzere Drahtteil in das mit „Short Leg“ bezeichnete Loch eingeführt wird.

Eine Kante der durchsichtigen Epoxidlinse der LED ist flach statt rund. Diese flache Kante zeigt die negative (-) Leitung an.

Drücke die LED in Richtung der Platine (biege die Drähte), sodass die Linse in die Kerbe zwischen den Worten „Let Your“ und „Light Shine“ auf der Oberseite/Vorderseite der Leiterplatte passt.
