Protect the hubs surface

  • Now apply a light coat of anti-seize to the surfaces on the hub that contact the rotor.

  • This will help prevent the new rotor from seizing to the surface of the hub the next time you need to remove it.

  • Do not get anti-seize in to the lug bolt holes! This could lead to the lug bolts backing out while you are driving, allowing the wheel to fall off.

Bringe etwas Montagepaste auf die Kontaktflächen der nabe mit der Bremsscheibe.

Diese Paste verhindert, dass die neue Bremsscheibe auf der Nabe festklemmt. So wird die nächste Reparatur einfacher.

Achte darauf, dass die Montagepaste nicht in die Befestigungslöcher hineinkommt. Das könnte dazu führen, dass die Befestigungsschrauben sich während der Fahrt lösen und schlimmstenfalls die Räder abfallen.
