Mercedes W123 Turbo Air Cleaner Housing Bracket Replacement: Schritt 0, Bild 1 von 1

  • Underneath the air cleaner housing you'll find the bracket. It bolts to the exhaust manifold.

  • Not pictured are the three rubber buffers that screw in to the bracket, which the 10mm nuts in the air cleaner housing were attached to. They help absorbs some of the vibration to the housing.

  • If the rubber buffers don't unscrew by hand use a pair of pliers to grip them and unscrew them from the bracket before continuing.

  • Then use a 13mm socket and socket wrench to remove the two 13mm bolts on top of the bracket, and then switch to a 10mm socket to remove the bolt that holds the oil feed line for the turbo to the bracket.

Unter dem Luftfiltergehäuse findest du die Halterung. Sie ist am Krümmer verschraubt.

Die drei 10 mm Halteschrauben des Gehäuses gingen durch drei Gummipuffer, hier nicht gezeigt. Sie schlucken einige der Vibrationen am Gehäuse.

Wenn sich die Puffer nicht von Hand ausdrehen lassen, musst du sie mit einer Zange fassen und dann von der Halterung abdrehen.

Nimm eine Ratsche und eine 13 mm Nuss und entferne die beiden Schrauben oben auf der Halterung. Setze dann eine 10 mm Nuss ein und entferne die Schraube, welche die Ölleitung zum Turbo an der Halterung befestigt.
