Problem with charging after replacing battery cells

Hi, i have a problem with my Toshiba battery, my old battery died, it gave me only 20 minutes of working time, wether i was writing some text in word or watching a youtube video, so i cracked the battery open and did change the old cells for brand new ones, and no they or not some chinese crap cells, they are cells from Sanyo and i know that Sanyo is a very reliable company! The battery pack just works fine, i get about 3 to 4 hours out of it which is nice enough for me, the wiring is correctly done and i didn't damage anything of the circuit bord inside the battery, also i know how to solder things together so that isn't the problem! But windows doesn't see the actual battery percentage, its still counting the old battery time, even though the percentage in windows reaches 0, the laptop just keeps going on battery power until it suddenly dies after a hour or 2, and when i plug it back in, it says it needs only 30 minutes to a full charge, and when it reaches a 100 percent, the laptops keep charging the battery until it reaches its actual charging level! This is very annoying because when i am doing something important on battery, it can die on my whenever it reaches the actual 0 percentage, way beyond the windows percentage, my laptop is a Toshiba Satellite Pro S500-14L, with 8gb of DDR3 ram, intel HD graphics running windows 10 enterprise, i did trie everything possible to resolve the problem, let it die on battery, remove the battery and power cord, hold down the power button for 20 seconds, putting the battery back into the laptop and let it charge the battery all the way up (did this a couple of times, same results), did a uninstall of the Microsoft Battery Drivers in Device Manager, let the battery charged out of the laptop for 24 hours, even did a full reinstall of windows! . . . I am getting tired of this problem and i hope that someone can hand me a good solution because i did searched the web plenty of times and getting sick of it, even did search google for a battery firmware reset tool or something, but with no succes! Help me out folks, please!
