Charging port not snug
The charging cable is very loose in the phone charging port. Can I get parts to replace the port on my Droid Turbo Power/

You can take it to a technician for repair. Lose charging socket is a common thing and very easy and cheap to fix.
Do that before occupying yourself with installing new parts. You may not have to.

Did you check with a different cable? micro-usb is kind of designed that the cable fails rather then port. If still problem:
Search in eBay (depends on the country)...

Well then in eBay.com you can find the charging port around $4. Of course, there are perhaps no manuals for charging port replacement: Start with Motorola Droid Turbo Akku Austausch
