@family45 - I would need more background on what happened to the system. Did you get it wet, have spill into the keyboard or trackpad at some point? Did you bank the system?
Was it working and you replaced the battery (or other task) and it wasn't working afterwards?
Like a doctor, you need to explain your ailment, just saying it hurts doesn't help focus in on the issue.
