How do I get my ps5 to turn on?

My mother gave me my ps5 a day before my birthday on december 15th 2022. I was super excited and booted it up. I completed all parts of the set up until i got to the part where it asked me if i wanted to transfer the data. I said yes, and chose to transfer it over my wifi. Suddenly the ps5 cut off and took me back to the start of the set up process. I thought nothing of it and did the process again and this time it "worked". When it told me to turn my playstation4 on, my ps4 screen said it would take 60-70 hours and then returned to the normal sign in screen. After that my ps5 cut off completely. I thought this was normal and kept my ps4 on for 2 and 1/2 days, about 60 hours, and my ps5 had still not cut on. This is when the problems began. I pressed the power button on the ps5 and it beeped, but didn't turn on. I tried to put it in safe mode but the second beep never came. I decided to keep my playstation on for another day and it still hadn't cut on. I accidentally turned my playstation 4 off while waiting, so that mag have caused the problem, but everything after that still didn't work. I tried unplugging my ps5 and pressing the power button, plugging my ps5 into different outlets, putting it into safe mode, keeping the power cord out for extended periods of time, and many more solutions. Its now the 23rd and my ps5 still hasn't turned on since the day I got it. Does anybody have a solution for me???
