Not turning back on after restart.

My switch the other day started having joy con connection issues. Just the left one, it charges but the system doesn’t recognize it as connected for play and will only play in controller mode. The same day, when this started the system shut down and wouldn’t turn back on. Did all the trouble shooting related to that, eventually got a new battery and replaced. Switch worked after that, still the joy con issue though. Now anytime I restart or shut down the switch it wont come back on. I have to disconnect the battery and reconnect for it to turn on.
