iPhone stuck on boot loop...

i replaced the front camera, then the screen started to glitch, so i tried resetting the phone.. it kept freaking out and about halfway through the restore on itunes it will just force shut down. every single time it will stop restoring at about 512 megabytes and then i tried using 3utools. well, it got stuck at about 11% before shutting itself down completely every single time also

also, i should mention flashing has been successful before, so this is weird...?

help?
