@shwanakamal this "on it still vibrate but show nothing?" means that your display is not working. Yes, it absolutely can be from being to hot outside. But it should start again once it does cool down. "And the right part beside the camera" This we will have to check separate since getting hot means there is a short somewhere. Does it still get hot even when your phone is normal temperature? I think it's time for a look at what you have going on in the inside. For now, you do recognize you may need a new screen. You okay with a multimeter and checking a few things.

Update (07/23/23)

@shwanakamal this is what you should see with the back off. Now, can you narrow it down a bit about where it gets hot? Top part of the board, bottom part of the board?

Hello @shwanakamal

The cause can be a bug in the software. Try to press and hold the volume down + power button till the phone shows a Samsung logo (around 10-15 seconds). Let me know if it did work for you.

Update 07/22/2023

If it does not work, you may need to remove the back glass and disconnect the battery. Here is how: Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Akku ersetzen
Also, stop at step 14. Disconnect the battery, and connect it back. Let me know if it works for you.

@tanveerzubair no it didnt worked it still not turn on am waiting to battery to be dead

Does disconnecting the battery and connecting it back count as basically discharging and charging the battery? @oldturkey03, what do you think?

von

@tanveerzubair it would only cause the phone to reset, in case it was frozen from a software issue. It will not count as charge/discharge.

von

@shwanakamal by this "any damage to the screen by fall or water" are you saying that the phone fell into water before? Or are you saying it did not get dropped and had no water damage?

If the phone is very hot and the screen is off, it is possible it is just overheated and giving it time to cool down could help. The fact that it still shows signs of life and is still hot could possibly mean that the OS got caught in a loop and is partially functioning.

If it is the *battery* that is heating up, that could be dangerous. Could you post a photo of your phone and highlight the spot that is getting hot? If it is over the processor or over the battery could help determine this. Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen

If the battery is not getting hot, you may find results by just letting it die completely and then trying to charge it again. If it is something like the OS got stuck in a loop a simple restart may fix it (though restarting it without being able to use it means waiting).

If you have the tools, take the back off and disconnect the battery will be your best bet for a faster test.
