My headset fell from my chair yesterday and the hinges of the right side speaker broke and the small wires were disconnected. Is there any way i can fix those wires and the broken hinges?

@alkhafeefi darn! Looks like the headband just "exploded". I do not see any way of fixing this. Looks like a replacement is the only way. You may need to see if used parts are available at places like ebay etc. As for the wiring, you can solder those back together. Since you have to replace the headboard, I would suggest to replace that as well. Use these guides Astro A40 TR to work on it

It's possible, but we'll need to see the extent of the damage to assist. Can you add some pictures to you original post?

@alkhafeefi we really will have to see what the damage looks like. The wires could possibly be soldered or even just replaced. The bigger challenge will be the hinge. Those are very difficult to fix since there is always movement on the plastic. I have never had much luck with adhesive or even epoxy resins. Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen

@flannelist I added the images now and the wires that are disconnected are the red and blue ones that are connected to the speaker, while the microphone wires are still intact i believe.

@oldturkey03 Thank you for your answer and i did follow the aforementioned guides to perform a teardown and see the actual damage but the thing the i noticed was that the blue and red wires don't seem to have copper or aluminum in them and also so thin to work with. I used to be a car electrician back in the day, but i'm new to fixing handheld electronics. Is there any way i can replace the wires completely with something better or will they not work and have to try and solder them somehow?
