My laptop is about 4 years old, and always needed to be plugged in. I was not having it.

Simple, It took under 5 minutes, the battery came with the 2 mini screwdrivers needed to open up my mac. AND THEY ARE MAGNETIZED.

Service was spot on.

BUT I am not thrilled with the batteries life, It seems to have improved a bit, but I am usually using the adobe suite and it drains the battery within an hour.
