Anti-Clamp instructions

  • The next three steps demonstrate the Anti-Clamp, a tool we designed to make the opening procedure easier. If you aren't using the Anti-Clamp, skip down three steps for an alternate method.

  • For complete instructions on how to use the Anti-Clamp, check out this guide.

  • If your screen is cracked, cover it with a layer of clear packing tape to help the suction cup adhere.

  • Pull the blue handle backwards to unlock the Anti-Clamp's arms.

  • Slide the arms over the right edge of your phone.

  • Position the suction cups near the middle of the right edge of the phone—one on the front, and one on the back.

  • Squeeze the cups together to apply suction.

  • If you find that the surface of your phone is too slippery for the Anti-Clamp to hold onto, you can use tape to create a grippier surface.

Anleitung für die Anti-Clamp

Die nächsten drei Schritte zeigen die Benutzung der Anti-Clamp, ein Werkzeug, das wir für einen leichteren Öffnungsvorgang entwickelt haben. Wenn du sie nicht verwenden willst, überspringe die nächsten drei Schritte und folge einer anderen Methode.

Wenn das Display zerbrochen ist, dann klebe eine Lage von durchsichtigem Paketband darüber, damit die Saugheber besser haften können.

Drücke den blauen Griff zurück, damit die Arme der Anti-Clamp frei beweglich werden.

Schiebe die Arme entweder über die linke oder die rechte Kante des Smartphones.

Bringe die Saugheber in der Mitte an der rechten Seite des Smartphones an, einen auf der Vorderseite, den anderen auf der Rückseite.

Drücke die Saugheber zusammen, damit sie sich auf den Oberflächen festsaugen.

Wenn die Saugheber nicht gut haften, dann klebe Paketband über die Oberfläche des Gerätes, damit sie griffiger wird.
