Soldering a new USB connector

  • Place the new USB connector on a flat surface with its pins pointing upwards.

  • Place the PCB on top on the pins, the exposed copper traces on the flex PCB facing the flat surface.

  • Using an iron, solder the PCB by heating all the pads at the same time (as much as possible) and apply pressure so that the pins of the USB connector come through.

Einen neuen USB Anschluss anlöten

Stelle den neuen USB Anschluss auf eine ebene Fläche mit den Pins nach oben zeigend.

Lege das neue Bauteil oben auf die Pins, mit den sichtbaren Kupferlitzen nach unten gerichtet.

Benutze einen Lötkolben, um alle Lötstellen gleichmäßig zu erwärmen (so gut es geht) und bringe etwas Druck auf, um die Pins des Anschlusses durch die Lötstellen zu drücken.
