Remove the inner plate screws

  • Throughout this repair, keep track of each screw and make sure it goes back exactly where it came from.

  • While the Mac mini uses Torx Plus screws, standard Torx bits work. Make sure to apply constant, downward force to prevent stripping.

  • Use a T5 Torx screwdriver to remove the twelve screws securing the inner plate:

  • Eight 3.4 mm‑long screws

  • Four 2.4 mm‑long screws

Quitar los tornillos de la placa interior

Durante esta reparación, lleva un registro de cada tornillo y asegúrate de que vuelvas a colocarlo exactamente en el lugar de donde salió.

Si bien la Mac mini utiliza tornillos Torx Plus, las puntas Torx estándar funcionan. Asegúrate de aplicar una fuerza constante hacia abajo para evitar que se deshilache.

Usa un destornillador Torx T5 para quitar los doce tornillos que sujetan la placa interior:
