Hi,

Have you tried adjusting the earpiece volume? During a call press the Volume Up button until you can hear at the desired volume.

If that doesn't help try the following:

Make a  call using the microphone/earphone attachment plugged into the headphone socket? If you can hear people (and they can hear you), it indicates that your phone audio reception circuitry is working BUT that your earpiece receiver may be faulty.
