Do u try use the other tablet or mobile contact the bebop? And u can try this , when the power and ready mode, the  hold the power buttom about 10 sec.  It will restore the bebop , but it will lost all data, movie and pictures,  the green and red light will between to flash the few time and will  reboot the drone, this time u can try contact the drone , it will be work,  good luck
