first you format the mp3 player in my computer now you download a program named rock box from Google you don't need to install the program what you do is you

1.plug in your mp3

2.run rock box

3. configuration will pop up

4. click auto detect

5. next you click ok

6. then click minimal installation

7.let it load up when it say it's finished

8. unplug it and turn it off

and done you have a fixed mp3 player
