Verlauf von "Why is my phone malfunctioning?" bearbeiten

it started when the screen rotation stopped working then it moved to constantly freezing and restarting. the screen stopped working afterwards so i kept it my drawer for a week but now, i cant seem to even charge it cos the phone is off. its not charging and not turning on.
